?? We are halfway through our Summer Internship Program and decided there was no better time to take our interns on the road — straight to one of our PACSUN stores! This hands-on visit gave them a real-world look at how ideas and strategies born at headquarters become the products, experiences, and environments our customers engage with every day. From backroom logistics and inventory management to visual merchandising and in-store experience design - no detail was overlooked. ?? ? Our incredible store team shared their knowledge and day-to-day realities, offering interns a deeper understanding of how each and every role at PACSUN contributes to the bigger picture. ?? To top it off, the interns were treated to an employee discount shopping experience — because what’s a store visit without a little retail therapy? ??????? ?
