We spoke with one of our Engineers, Avi L., about his decision to join our team. “I wanted to learn and be part of the new battery technology. I have worked in different manufacturing industries in my career, but never in a battery manufacturing plant.” Impressed by Toyota’s cutting-edge processes and rapid production technology, Avi said “I was amazed to see the kind of automation involved in making a jelly roll to cell using the electrode. The number of components involved in the process and the logic that is created to ensure the equipment works in tandem and seamlessly; it just blew my mind to see that a cell could be manufactured so effortlessly.” As he continues to grow his skills at Toyota, Avi wants those interested in a career here to “Be adaptable and open to change when it comes to new methodologies and processes.” Interested in joining a top tech employer?
